I heartily believe that this month’s “showers” (and March’s and February’s!) are going to bring May flowers! I was just thinking WOW, it’s already April… and DOH! I haven’t updated my fiber blog since forever ago! February, in fact. I have just been busy with other things, primarily kids and gardening. “Gardening” I should say. Container gardening! Still real gardening, I suppose, just in bins and pots and such.  Anyway, just wanted to get on the horn to say, no I haven’t disappeared. I am still fiber-ing. I did have quite a bit of a pause, but I’m back! Tonight I will be dyeing up a batch of Faerie Dust for my friend Maya. There might have to be a couple practice rounds; may be a bit rusty! I’m anticipating jumping back in to dyeing and spinning. I know my husband is too; he’s been asking me for a while now “So when are you going to start dyeing again? You should spin!” He enjoys seeing me being crafty, or at least it appears so. The long pause and kind of creative funk that I’ve been in all stems from my grandmother dying in February, or so I believe.  I haven’t really felt any kind of creative stir in me for a while now, but in the last week or two it’s really started to come back to me in fits and stutters. Huzzah! I’m really glad; I was starting to kind of wonder about it! Anywho, it’s time to go for now – I shall see you soon, my lovelies.  Take care and thanks for checking in! <3
